Chapter I

Eleven years, one physique.

This body was not built in a season. It took between six years of living on strict protocol 24 hours a day, and eleven years total since the decision was made to change — years without visible results, years of showing up regardless. The transformation you see is the byproduct of a decade of discipline, not a shortcut.

Chapter II

Rebuilding from the inside.

Hypothyroidism. Hashimoto's. A metabolism that had stopped answering. For two years I worked with a coach who is a master of women's hormones — and one by one, every internal system came back online.

Chapter III

The proof was in the numbers.

At 38, right before preparing to step on stage for my first bodybuilding competition, I froze 19 eggs. Most women my age produce two or three. Fifteen of mine came back perfect — the health in numbers of a twenty year old.

Chapter IV

Placed in bikini. Built for Wellness.

My very first show, I stood on stage in a yellow bikini — not dried out, and not in the right division. Twenty-one people backstage pulled me aside to tell me I was in the wrong category. They said I would thrive in Wellness. It confirmed what I had always known since I was a little girl growing up in Brazil: Wellness was the physique I dreamed of. That show shifted everything — from the wrong category to the right one, and finally toward the division that has always been mine.

Chapter V

Turning professional.

Six years living on a perfect athlete protocol. First competition prep started in October 2025. Now I compete in NPC Wellness Division as a Masters Athlete — and I am just getting started. My life dream and goal is to make it to the Olympia Masters Stage.

Chapter VI

Athlete and therapist.

For 21 years I have worked as a licensed massage therapist — specializing in injury recovery, post-surgical care, and sports medicine. The same knowledge that keeps me stage-ready is what I use to restore the bodies I treat every day.
